August 4, 2023 - San Diego, California. Garcia Hong Law's clients prevailed in Court this week to keep their real estate fraud case in California. A Chula Vista resident and a San Diego company argued that the case should be dismissed and moved to Mexico because the dispute involved a real estate deal in Baja. Garcia Hong Law convinced the Court that the fraud and breach of contract occurred in California and affected several Californians.
The case is set for trial this Fall. Founder Valerie Garcia Hong and Associate Attorney Mark Simpliciano have litigated the lawsuit for over a year.
